For those pondering on a healthcare career...

When I read these words for the first time I resonated with them automatically because I felt the same way yet I never said it out loud. I always knew going into medicine was not about the money, or the prestigious. I at a young age had an epiphany that this career was my calling in life. I knew I had to work twice as hard because nothing has ever come easy for me. I continued to work hard to make this goal a reality. So for everyone thinking about going into medicine I want you to take a night to reflect if the many school years, late nights studying sessions, class lectures, social and personal life sacrifices, are something you would not mind not having in order to accomplish your goal? If you respond yes! then welcome aboard in the premed lifestyle future posts I will be giving tips on the premed curriculum.
