A snow white girl was brought to life one December evening into the hands of 2 inexperienced young adults, who could never imagine the roller coaster of an adventure they were about to embark on.  As the days turned into weeks, this snow white quickly turned into a daddy’s girl.  Oh boy did that snow white love her daddy! She would hide behind him, not let go, & eat only when he fed her.  Daddy was everything to snow white. As months turned into years, snow white blossomed into a bright, delicate, and pretty young girl. But little did she know a blessing in disguise would change her life forever. She no longer would be an only child. She now had a little kin to take care of and love. 

 

The Gutierrez Clan had been completed. 

 

The clan did everything together; travel, dine, attend church, & family/ friends gatherings. Before bedtime, they would all read a science or fairytale book every night. It was here when snow white began to fall in love with science. Through home science experiments, museum trips, and Seattle's Pacific Science Center visits they would all do as a family. Her hunger for science curiosity grew. But around the same time she also developed feminine curiosities such as fashion, jewelry, and makeup. As the years passed snow white became known as the premed fashionista because those curiosities never went away instead they became passions that she would still pursue till this day. 

 

Alright that's enough of me in the third person lol. 

 

Hey lovelies, 

My name is Natalie Gutierrez, I am the daughter of Hispanic immigrant parents who alike many other immigrants, came to the United States to give my brother and I a chance at a better life. Last year I became the first university graduate in my family. I am an aspiring surgeon  with goals of working in disadvantaged communities locally and globally. I’ve been a science geek girl all my life until I developed my second passion for fashion. These two passions of mine have continued to motivate me to fight my way through any challenge that comes my way. This is why I decided to create this blog as a source of inspiration for everyone who wants to pursue a healthcare career, dress to feel beautiful, all while trying to balance a healthy, stress-free life. I hope that my tips and habits that I personally use will be of a positive impact to you in your life. 

Currently, you can find me studying for the MCAT at home or a local cafe. But when I am not you will find me styling, working out, hanging out with friends/ or family,  traveling, or trying out the latest restaurant. 

 

My ultimate goal is to inspire my current generation and all future generations to Think…Believe…&…Achieve!
